With a wealth of experience running retreats since 2000, Dr. Avanish emphasises overall wellbeing through leadership development, relaxation techniques, breathwork, restorative movement, meditation and nutrition. Drawing on a strong educational foundation, including an M.Com, MBA, MA in Yoga (Gold Medalist) and a PhD, Dr. Avanish combines academic expertise with practical knowledge. Proficient in three languages — Hindi, English and Russian — Dr. Avanish is committed to creating harmonious working environments, supporting effective decision-making, as well as fostering resilience and sustainability.
