Asia’s culinary practice aggregates ancient and ancestral principles of nutrition and natural remedies. Having worked alongside top chefs (and formidable grandmothers) across the USA, Italy, Poland and UK, as well as starting Kensal Provisions in 2020, Asia has accumulated a wide breadth of experience in the diversity of the world’s cuisines, flavors and history.
With a B.A in Psychology from Boston University, she explores dimensions of the Self and our relationship to Nature through a lens enhanced by a mosaic of knowledge and understanding that she has accumulated since her 20s. Asia’s calling is to help others through the medium of food and the natural world. With this anchored in her heart, she continues her lifelong mission of ‘nurturing our nature and cultivating harmony’.
