Gaurish finds his spiritual practice in the art of observation and taking notes. In his alternate lives, he finds himself looking at the world through various perspectives, which mostly have to do with the art of eating. Having been exposed to cultural diversity early on in his life, he chose the path to cook and eat consciously. He graduated with a Bachelors in Culinary Arts, ended up honing his skills with funky and passionate people across India and Italy where he did a Masters in World Cultures and Mobility. And then came the part of studying people and their eating cultures, through anthropology.

He is a fond farmer, loves to cook, eat and take nice and long walks in nature.
